What is Support Help Desk?
You can use support help desk to raise a support call and track previously raised support calls. You can use our support help desk to manage your communication with our support department. You can also view status of your questions and response to your questions by logging on to our knowledge base.

First time users need to register for getting support. It is easy and fast.

Tip: Use Pop up clients to reduce need for more space on the server
Generally emails that come to your account are stored on the hard disk of the server. If you leave all the mails on the server, than you need to buy a lot of space just for email storage and depending you the volume of mails you receive, in couple of months it may grow to many thousand MB (Mega Bytes).

We recommend you use a POP client to fetch all the mail you get to your personal computer. A POP client connects to you server and gets all the mail from the server to your local machine. Now you are using your server space only as a temporary store for your emails and this way you will only need about 10-20MB per email account.

You can use POP clients such as Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora or Mozilla Thunderbird for fetching mails from the server.

We will send you all the information you need to download and configure POP clients in welcome email. You will get this mail after we have activated your hosting account.

Do you provide Search Engine Submittal tool?

What is Domain Name Server Propagation?
Domain names have DNS information with them. This information need to go to all the name servers of the world, before you can use this name for your website. This update process is called propagation and occurs when domain name servers (DNS) on the Internet world-wide update their records (DNS tables) to reflect any updates to domain names and IP addresses.

DNS propagation takes approximately 24-48 hours.

Can I view my site even though my domain\'s name servers haven\'t propagated yet?
