Who is your payment gateway partner?
We have collaborated with CCAvenue to process credit card, net banking and debit card transactions for our website. CC Avenue charges us 7% processing charges for all the credit card transactions and 4% for net banking transactions. Do not worry, we internally absorb these costs and you do not pay anything other than the list prices that you see on our websites.  

How much space do you need?
The web space you need is the sum total of the size of all the files you want to put on your web site. This includes
1.    html/webpage files (are normally very small - on average 40 - 50KB)
2.    Image files
3.    Installed programs
4.    Emails stored on server (Tip: Use POP client to reduce e-mail space requirement)
5.    Server logs

We suggest you start with our intermediate plan which comes with 100 MB space. Less than that is not good for any practical purposes. Think about this, if you buy a 10 MB plan and someone sends an email with 10MB attachment. Now your account is full and you can not use it for receiving any other mail or hosting any pages at all.

You should plan for more space if you want to use a lot of video/audio files on your server. Again with ADPS plans you can always start with intermediate plan add more space as your needs grow.

Can I view statistics of the visitors coming to my website?

Other than the above mentioned graphical analysis tools, you get access to raw logs, which you can use to dig out any level of details yourself.

2.    Credit card charges: Some companies charge you as much as 7% of total billing as credit card transaction charges. You may not even know until after you have paid for the service. 7% is huge it means if a company displays $8.99 as price, you actually end-up paying $9.62 for it

How do I manage my domain names?

After logging on to your adps-domain account, please click on the “manage my domain name link” in my account section.

You now need to logon to Domain name management gateway using your user-id and password. For enhancing security, we have separated management of domain names from management for rest of your account features.

If you are not able to logon, request for a new password by clicking on forgot password link and we will send you a new password immediately. Please remember that your passwords for adps-domain.com account and domain-names management account can be different, especially after you have changed one of them after we created your account.

You can logon to your domain names management center and have complete control of your domain name. Following domain names management features are available for free:

a. Modification of contact names associated with your domain name

b. Name server information associated with your domain name

c. Child name server information associated with your domain name

d. Renewal and transfer of your domain name

e. Deletion of your domain name service

f. Locking/unlocking your domain name
