You automatically loose this service when you transfer your domain name to a different registrar. You may need to purchase it separately from the other registrar. Before transferring your domain name, you should make sure that the registrar offers this service free.
Logon to customer control panel using “Customer Account Login” on the our home page to logging on to your account.
From you account center, you can see history of your orders, invoices, change your password and manage your domain names. Please login to your customer account to see available features for managing your account.
To make a sub-domain login to your control panel and click "domain management" inside of domain management you will see a place to manage and add sub-domains.
