We will provide your site with a shared SSL. SSL encrypts confidential data such as credit card numbers and passwords. Either a shared SSL or a private SSL is required when taking credit cards off your site.

A shared ssl displays as https//ip/~yourusername/ A private ssl would display as https://www.yourdomain.com in your address bar.

What billing and invoice options are available to me?
You can check all of your invoices at any time by logging on to your customer account. You can pay by Credit Cards, Net Banking (India Customers only), Demand Drafts or Cheques.

How to Lock or Unlock your Domain Name?
Domain Name Locking is a crucial security feature as it ensures that no one other than you can modify details of your Domain Name. Once you lock your domain name, no one can modify any associated information unless you unlock it.

With locking, you get following security features
1.    No one can modify contact details and Name Servers of your Domain Name
2.    No one can Suspended, delete or renew your domain name, until you remove this lock
3.    A Transfer [Away] Request for this domain name to another Registrar will fail at the Registry itself and will not be allowed until the Domain is unlocked.
4.    The Toolbar will display only the "Unlock Domain" button until the domain is unlocked.

Use following simple process to Locked or Unlocked your domain name

1.    Click on the Account Menu and then click on Manage Domains option. You can find Account Menu in the menu bar at the top of every page of the website.
2.    Login to your domain name control area using your email address and password. Click of Domains menu option and then choose search option followed by domain name search option, i.e., Domains  Search  Domain Name Search
3.    Now click on domain name. On the next screen click on Lock or Unlock button
