• Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
• If you have availed domain names promotion offer during the purchase of web hosting plan, the discount availed (first year domain name registration charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Money back offer is not applicable to customers who have already used our 15 days free trial.
• Though we absorb credit card/debit card transaction charges during normal orders, since we do not get refund for transaction charges from credit card company we cannot refund those charges.
  If you had paid using credit card, 7% of order total will be deducted from refund amount.
  If you had paid using debit card, 4% of order total will be deducted from refund amount.
  First month charges are applicable if you choose to cancel your account within first month.
